At Flask Fine Wine & Whisky, we strive for excellence in every bottle, yet we understand that issues may occasionally arise with your selection. Due to the perishable nature of alcohol, returns are generally accepted only for corked or spoiled products within 30 days of purchase.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or defect encountered with your bottle.
Retain the Product
Please do not discard the wine or whisky; we require at least 75% of the original liquid to remain in the bottle for quality inspection and lab testing.
Secure Packaging
Once your return is authorized, carefully repack the bottle in its original shipping materials to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Refund Processing
After our sommeliers verify the defect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement bottle of equal value.
