Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, by law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid government-issued ID and sign for all alcohol deliveries. We cannot leave packages at the door.
What states do you ship to?
Due to varying state regulations, we currently ship to a select list of states. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available to your location.
How do you ensure the quality of vintage wines during transit?
We use specialized, insulated packaging to protect bottles from temperature fluctuations. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your shipment in our climate-controlled cellar until weather conditions are safe for transit.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We require the bottle to be returned with at least three-quarters of its contents remaining for our team to verify the defect before issuing a credit.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' during checkout and your order will be ready at our retail location within 24 hours. There is no additional fee for this service.
Do you offer gift wrapping and personalized notes?
Yes, we offer premium gift wrapping for bottles and the option to include a personalized message. You can add these details in the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
