Comprised of 3 Burgundian grapes: Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Neuburger farmed organically from a mix of both young and old vines, some well over 50 years old. Notes of pear, peach, and subtle citrus zest. A touch of hay and spice frames the fruit.
