Produced from over-ripe single terroir agaves grown the chalky, calcium-carbonate rich soils of Vista Hermosa Michoacán at around 5,000 feet in altitude. With cooked agave, basil, tarragon, orange peel, bold minerality and floral notes followed by preserved Meyer lemon citrus notes, there is a light salinity that provides a great salty-sweet balance to the honeyed agave flavors. Full-bodied and lingering both in sweetness and citrus oils.
