In the early days, when the wine was transported in open, horse-drawn carts, the bottles werre wrapped in burlap to protect them from both sunlight and bumpy roads. That protective tradition endures to this day. Vino de Eyzaguirre is committed to Beneficial Environmental Management and Green Practives. Recylcled wastewater, natural pomace fertilizers, natural composting, water-saving irrigation, and carbon-neutral programs.
